Our Process
Prototyping
Once the design is done and the final prototype is approved. Files get sent to the factory for evaluation. They will often start by remaking the prototype to make sure they understand the requirements. They will do this at a fraction of the cost.Manufacturing engineering
Based on the design, communication and the prototype they will evaluate the CAD files for manufacturing and suggest changes where needed based on the chosen production process.Tooling
Once the final engineering files are reviewed by our team and the customer, they will start tooling.First Articles
These are the first few shots out of the tool that will get assembled and sent to us. We will evaluate and review these parts and discuss with the customer if they are good to go. There are often a few rounds of modifications to get the tool to produce the required product.Final production
